Situated only 3km south from the Sydney CBD, the Victoria Park precinct was carefully master planned and is set amongst 3.5 hectares of parkland including significant landscaping and community facilities, combining seating areas for quiet relaxation, BBQ areas for picnics, a children’s playground, a cascading water feature and an enormous off-leash dog park.
APEX, a $49 million mixed use project, was the first that DASCO built in the celebrated Victoria Park neighbourhood and sets a new standard in design excellence specifically defined by its remarkable rooftop garden.
The Apex development incorporates two towers, one of 14 storeys, the other 6, and contains 153 residential apartments and retail facilities to service the growing community.
Dasco is proud to have led the design and construction team that delivered this superior collection of cutting-edge apartments in November 2012.

Featuring 206 residential apartments situated around a distinctive Sky Park, as well as integrated commercial and retail space, the $214 million Sydney’s East Village is a truly unique and inspirational development.
DASCO Australia Pty Ltd was asked to undertake the design and construct contract for this exceptional project by leading Sydney developer, PAYCE. The project covered a footprint of 15,000 square metres with speciality shops including Coles supermarket, health care facilities and 55 other specialty stores with a basement car park for 600 cars. Levels 3, 4 and 5 are commercial space and incorporate an Audi service centre, Virgin Active Health Club, a large Chinese restaurant, medical centre and childcare facilities.
The development goes up to a large podium on Level 6, from where the one, two and three bedrooms apartments are spread across four separate tower blocks.
The centrepiece of the residential complex is the unique 7,000m² Sky Park. Featuring shade booths, barbecue areas and a communal vegetable garden. The Sky Park is one of the largest of its type in the Southern Hemisphere.
The local community and the building residents were excited to have a shopping centre in the area as there was nothing similar nearby to service the growing residential population.
The project, completed in July 2014, has proved an exceptional boon for the residents and community and is another successful collaboration between PAYCE and DASCO.

The impressive Platinum development is an inspired and deluxe residential project within Sydney’s Victoria Park, which continues to enhance the area’s reputation as one of the city’s most liveable communities.
Platinum is the third development in Victoria Park constructed by DASCO Australia, for one of Australia’s leading property developers, PAYCE. This project is further testament to the long-standing relationship DASCO has with PAYCE.
Featuring 322 apartments across five-buildings, the $105 million development is unified by a central lobby while inside one, two and three-bedroom apartments showcase Platinum’s glamour and sophistication and captures stylish urban living. As well as views of parks, many of the development’s apartments also feature vistas of Sydney’s skyline, Moore Park or Botany Bay.
The inspiration continues outside with Platinum’s 2,000m2 elevated garden with many of the balconies and courtyards of Platinum’s apartments opening directly onto this space. Distinct areas are provided for relaxation and socialisation, including tranquil and secluded areas for residents to unwind. A central courtyard, which features an outdoor kitchen, provides the perfect setting for social gatherings.
Looking out to a striking garden and water feature, residents can also revel in the development’s spa – the inspiration for which originated from world-class resorts. Platinum also features a gym, steam room, massage room and lounge area.
