New Site Acquisition at Waterloo

DASCO has snapped up one of the last remaining major scale residential development opportunities on Sydney’s city fringe, within the popular Green Square precinct.

The 19,486sqm site at 903-921 Bourke Street, Waterloo just 4km from the city, comes with Development Application (DA) approval for a six-building mixed-use site, including 373 apartments and a new urban village. 

DASCO General Manager Michel Najjar said as one of the best lifestyle sites in Sydney’s inner city, the site provided key fundamentals such as being a prime location with access to amenities.

Mr Najjar commended vendor Dahua on the work and resources committed to the five-year approval process, with early works completed in 2021, prior to the submission and approval of the mixed-use DA.
