The St Tropez project at The Waterfront is another successful collaboration between Payce and DASCO Australia. The professionalism and cooperative teamwork of both parties resulted in the project being delivered for occupancy within a thirteen month time frame.
The $50 million “St Tropez” development covers a site area of approximately 7000m2 and contains 154 apartments situated over a dual basement. The residential towers range from 5 to 8 floors and were completed in October 2013.
