DASCO Australia is proud to announce its appointment as the construction partner for Melrose Park Gateway, marking the commencement of one of Sydney’s largest affordable housing and co-living developments.
Delivered for PAYCE in partnership with Evolve Housing, the project will provide 197 affordable housing apartments and 154 co-living units, contributing to the continued growth and revitalisation of the Melrose Park precinct.
To commemorate the start of construction, a groundbreaking ceremony was held on site, attended by NSW Minister for Planning Paul Scully MP, Member for Parramatta Donna Davis MP, Housing Australia Director of Investments Rohan Gibbs, Evolve Housing Group CEO Lyall Gorman, PAYCE Chairman Brian Boyd, together with project partners and invited guests.
Melrose Park Gateway represents an important investment in delivering high-quality, affordable housing within one of Sydney’s fastest-growing urban renewal corridors. DASCO is proud to partner with PAYCE and Evolve Housing to deliver a development that will provide long-term housing opportunities while supporting the ongoing transformation of the precinct.
