We are excited to share the construction progress at Grand Reve, Castle Hill.

We have successfully completed a major milestone and poured the last slab on Level 17 of our second building.  

Our team along with Developer Kassis Homes, held a traditional topping out ceremony, with the planting of an olive tree on the roof followed by a barbeque lunch for our site team, consultants, McGrath Agents, and special guest Councilor Mark Hodges.

Construction of the two towers at Grand Reve has been progressing well, with the delivery of 185 apartments on their way. Services installation began in January 2024 and is approximately halfway completed. Our team is working diligently on both towers parallel to maximise production and efficiency. Interior fittings and fixtures also began in February this year, with material procurement up to level 7.

Planning for communal open areas on the Ground Foor and Level 3 has begun, indicating the project’s nearing completion.
