The DASCO Team had the privilege of supporting St. Merkorious Charity’s annual ‘Day at the Bay’ fundraiser, hosted at the Leichhardt Oval.
 
As a Major Sponsor, the DASCO team was proud to help set up the event with many of our staff volunteering to serve food and prepare a delicious BBQ lunch. We also took part in the 7km Bay Walk and participated in various activities throughout the day.
 
Funds raised on the day went towards continuing SMC’s mission of feeding 3,500 families a week. In addition to providing meals weekly to households at risk of homelessness, they also offer community meals, a variety of educational programs, emergency fundraisers, and a variety of mental, physical, and emotional support to disadvantaged communities.
