Construction at our much-anticipated project, Regalia has been progressing nicely. Since construction commenced in June 2020, more than half of the townhouses have been stripped of scaffolding and are due for completion this early 2022.
We have started installing the beautiful kitchens that offer a choice of two colour schemes, allowing residents to personalise their home according to their preference. With a butler’s kitchen and large 1.75m stone benchtops, each townhome seeps of modern elegance. Some townhomes have now been tiled and bedrooms have had their first coat of paint.
Our most exciting feature, the home elevator has also begun instalment in our 3 storey townhomes. This feature will cater to those who desire easy access, practicality and convenience.
