7 Stromboli Strait, Wentworth Point NSW 2127
The St Tropez project at The Waterfront is another successful collaboration between Sekisui House Australia and DASCO Australia. The professionalism and cooperative teamwork of both parties resulted in the project being delivered for occupancy within a thirteen month time frame.
DASCO were able to provide significant engineering input during the design phase and, as a result, improve the “buildability” of the project. DASCO’s input resulted in some great design solutions that provided cost savings to the client.
The $50 million “St Tropez” development covers a site area of approximately 7000m2 and contains 154 apartments situated over a dual basement. The residential towers range from 5 to 8 floors and were completed in October 2013.

8-16 Baywater Drive, Wentworth Point NSW 2127
The $43 million “Messina” development was designed and built to represents a new standard in affordable, premium apartment living. Positioned around a stunning pool complex and central tropical courtyard, Messina offers luxury dwellings across two buildings featuring 162 residential apartments, extensive decking, lawns and gardens.
All apartments are generously proportioned with larger than average floor plans and terraces connect interior and exterior living areas. The quality of finishes and fittings reflect the feeling of The Waterfront lifestyle and its aquatic setting. Messina features extensive views to Sydney Olympic Park and generous floorplans and from a practical perspective, all apartments have garaging, many for two cars, and secure basement storage.

Baywater Drive, Wentworth Point NSW 2127
The $79 million “Catania” project was designed by renowned architects Nettleton Tribe. With its Mediterranean inspired features and lush landscaping, the development oozes a sense of style and sophistication.
Catania consists of 301 residential units, a series of spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments set across three buildings, featuring a tropical central courtyard. Contemporary colours, modern balustrades and quality finishes are prominent throughout Catania. Many of the residences feature extensive views over the substantial estate landscaping and neighbouring parklands, with the water’s edge a stone’s throw away.
The development is both aesthetically pleasing and environmentally friendly and makes full use of its natural surroundings. Project was completed in August 2012

27 Hill Road, Wentworth Point NSW 2127
Corsica, a $49 million project, was designed by renowned architects Nettleton Tribe with Mediterranean inspired architecture and extensive landscaping. The development is part of the Waterfront location at Wentworth Point, adjacent to Sydney’s former Olympic site and surrounded by Sydney Harbour and Bicentennial and Millenium parks.
Corsica was completed in August 2011 and consists of a series of 215 spacious apartments set across three buildings, featuring a tropical central courtyard. Contemporary colours, modern balustrades and quality finishes are prominent throughout Corsica, a development that is both aesthetically pleasing and environmentally friendly.
